You may remember that Piper wouldn't eat
the frozen pear popsicles that I made for her a few weeks ago.
Well, for the past few weeks,
it's been a full out war to get her to eat ANYTHING at all.
No.
That's a lie.
While shopping at Old Navy in Dartmouth
she did help herself to a price tag off of a piece of clothing.
Yup.
Ate 3/4 of the tag.
I didn't notice until she started hacking
and I look to see just the little plastic thingy hanging out of her mouth with the tshirt attached.
There wasn't enough of the tag left for the cashier to scan.
(Do I get a "Mom of the Year" award for that one?)
And to make it even better,
as I'm hauling what's left of the tag out of her mouth,
I notice another mother watching me.
I don't think she was impressed.
(Blush!)
Anyway,
yesterday I tried Miss P with another frozen Pear popsicle.
She liked it!!!
I showed her how to stick out her tongue and lick it
and she thought it was hilarious and fun.
I was so proud of myself and really thought I would get some pears into my baby girl.
I was wrong.
The novelty quickly wore off
long before any amount of food actually got into her system.
It became much more fun to smash it on her highchair tray
and then finger paint with it.
HONESTLY PIPER!!
JUST EAT!
(I still love you!)
xo
This is kinda fun Momma! |
Oooooh, but it's still very cold! |
Would you like to have some as well? I'll share! |
AND since eating is over-rated, I'll just smash it instead! |
Finger painting is much more fun than eating! |
