You ROCK my World

I'm lonely.

We are getting settled into our new home,

which we love,

but I miss my friends. 

And I'm pretty sure Piper misses her friends just as much!

I've been to the park that is at the end of my street many times,

but it's a quiet area and we never seem to be there at the same time as anyone else.

So today,

I decided to go to a bigger park in Summerside 

to try to meet some new people. 

We were the ONLY ones there.

Sigh.

Thank goodness Mark's parents are coming to visit tomorrow.

Playing ALONE in the awesome playground!

Look at all the fun stuff to do...
but wait, what is Piper doing?? 

She's picking up any stray rocks and is putting them in that hole, of course.
This is ALL she cared about doing.
Sigh, so much for beating her out for bedtime!

We moved on to the swings, but she's still holding a rock.
You KNOW you're lonely when you have a pet rock. 

On a side note, it turns out that I didn't have to beat her out for bedtime after all.

She was in the bathtub going crazy splashing and having the time of her life for a little extra time after supper... until she POOPED! In. The. Bathtub.!!!! UGH! First time ever! I managed to scoop most of it out quickly, but the rest disintegrated at a VERY alarming rate.  I grabbed Piper and the toys out while she's saying "Poop" and "Weee" as she's watching the uncatchable bits go down the drain! She then said "BYE". 

Oh my, oh my, OH MY!!!!!!
