Very First Ballet Show

Today was Piper's very first ballet show.

It was just a mini show in her ballet classroom

where the parents get to watch.

It was adorable

and Piper did GREAT!!

She was seriously fabulous.

Since we knew that Elliotte would NEED to join the dancers 

if we took her to the recital,

we decided to leave her with a friend instead. 

It was the first time I've ever done that,

and I'll admit I was nervous,

but Elliotte was a rock star today too.

She cried when I left,

but then had a great time playing with her friend Zachary.

They're great little buds

and there is only about 10 hours difference in their age!

AND THEN...

Elliotte POOPED IN THE POTTY!!!!

What is happening?

She's not my baby anymore.

Not only did she do that,

but after eating a king size portion of her supper tonight

including an entire ear of corn,

she handed me her plate and said,

"All done, Mommy". 

My girls are the best!!

Just saying.

I'm one proud momma today!
