First Day of Swimming Lessons

Piper started swimming lessons for the very first time today.

We've been going to the pool since she was six months old, 

but never signed up for official lessons until today.

She's in the DUCK class.

We splashed, sang songs, practiced floating, "jumped" off the side and went down the little slide.

Piper had a great time and even went for a 'swim' with her instructor all by herself. 

Afterwards, we went to McDonalds with her little buddies,

so that the mommies could drink coffee and the little ones could eat yogurt and apple slices.

Piper passed out on our way home and didn't wake up for THREE hours. 

I guess swimming and playing with friends is exhausting.
