Training to be a Big Sister: 101

I figure that managing two kids will be much easier

 if I can train one to take care of the other. 

May as well start now!

We actually found Piper in the porch like this!
She had Ernie on a disposable change pad that she found in her diaper bag
and was in the process of trying to put a diaper on him.
(Impressively enough, she even used a wipe first!)

After a little help from Daddy, Ernie's diaper is in place!

Now he needs a drink.
It's a good think he has such a good little mommy to take such good care of him!
