Bedroom Boating

I would love to be inside Piper's head some days.

Just to know what she is thinking.

I love how creative she is

and how wonderful her imagination is. 

Tonight she pulled her suitcase out of her closet,

opened it up

and proceeded to pretend it was a boat.

She must have sailed the seven seas

because she was in that 'boat' for ages!

And of course,

she couldn't go boating alone...

Singing "Row, row, row your boat" as she sailed away!

Making sure that Ernie and 'Dip's' feet were tucked nicely inside,
so that they didn't get wet!

At one point the boat capsized.
Piper immediately snatched up Ernie and 'Dip',
threw Dip at me and commanded that I "HUG"!
Then she ran to the rocking chair with Ernie,
hugged him and then read him a story!

A funny Piper moment for you:

Every day, before Piper's daddy goes to work, we say "I love you Daddy" and "Be careful". It's our routine. Also, since Piper is such a daredevil and a climber, she's hears us say "be careful" about a million times a day!

Well! Tonight after I changed one of Piper's dirty diapers, I took it into the bathroom to flush the poop. 

Piper always enjoys this part as she waves goodbye when we flush. Tonight was a little different though. This time as the poop was being flushed she yelled out, "Be Careful Poo"!    :-)
