PIE-per Cee

This week has been quite the "PIE" week.

I think there has only been one day this week

when we didn't eat some sort of pie.

We made Cowgirl Quiche for the first time,

which Piper called Chicken Pie,

and it was a huge hit with the entire family!

Then we had leftover stew,

which we made into a Shepherd's Pie.

Another huge hit,

especially with Piper!

Then tonight I made a Butterscotch Pie,

because I NEEDED one. 

So did Piper!

This makes all three of us VERY happy!

How do we know for sure that Piper liked the pie?
She actually giggled for about 10 seconds after she took her first bite.
It was the funniest thing!
