Family Farm Day 2015

Just a few days after getting home from Newfoundland,
Daddy took us all on a family farm outing.

The girls had a blast.

We started off by watching a guy on stage
who was playing guitar and singing.

I don't have to say that Elliotte was a tiny dancing queen.

So much so that the performer stopped singing at one point to say
that she sure does have a lot of energy.
You don't have to tell me.

It was a lot, a lot, a lot of fun!

Elliotte checking out the hay maze.
Teeny tiny scare crows.
Piper climbing the hay bales.
The dismount is more fun.
The big kids.
Elliotte with her itsy bitsy spider.
Checking out the puppies.
Farm day is exhausting.

A conversation that I had with my oldest daughter today:
Me: Would you like some grapes, Piper?
Piper: Yes please. Just one.
Me: You're so polite. You must have a really good mom and dad for you to be so polite.
Piper: No. I learned it at preschool.
Humph!
