Just a few days after getting home from Newfoundland,
Daddy took us all on a family farm outing.
The girls had a blast.
We started off by watching a guy on stage
who was playing guitar and singing.
I don't have to say that Elliotte was a tiny dancing queen.
So much so that the performer stopped singing at one point to say
that she sure does have a lot of energy.
You don't have to tell me.
It was a lot, a lot, a lot of fun!

Elliotte checking out the hay maze. |
Teeny tiny scare crows. |
Piper climbing the hay bales. |
The dismount is more fun. |
The big kids. |
Elliotte with her itsy bitsy spider. |
Checking out the puppies. |
Farm day is exhausting. |
A conversation that I had with my oldest daughter today:
Me: Would you like some grapes, Piper?
Piper: Yes please. Just one.
Me: You're so polite. You must have a really good mom and dad for you to be so polite.
Piper: No. I learned it at preschool.
Humph!
