Lend an Ear

With all of the trips to the local farms this year,

it would have been impossible not to come home with fresh corn.

The girls loved every part of it.

Though it was messy

(I found corn husk all over my house afterwards)

I thought it would be fun for the girls to help shuck the corn.

Is that the correct word?

Do you shuck corn?

Anyway,

you know what I'm trying to say.

They thought it was great fun,

but liked eating it more!

Especially Miss Elliotte.

She tries to eat the entire thing,

cob and all!
