We've actually gotten to go outside to play
Without having to wear snowsuits!
Neither of the girls care about having to get bundled up to go out,
but it was such a pain for their mom!
It took more than a half an hour
by the time Piper visited the potty,
Elliotte got a fresh diaper,
hair tied back, dressed in warm clothes
and THEN dressed in the snowsuits, hats, mittens and boots.
By this time, the first one dressed is too warm and is getting cranky,
or the little one has soiled the new diaper,
or the older one needs to go potty again....
you all know the drill.
It's always the same.
And by the time we would actually be out the door,
we'd only get to play for a little bit before it would be Elliotte's nap time.
Winter!
But now it's Spring and we have been going outside all week,
sans snowsuits!
The girls are loving it.
Unfortunately, Elliotte has a cold right now,
so we couldn't go out today,
but she'll be right as rain before too long!

What a beautiful day to run errands with mommy!
A trip to the post office, the corner store and the community office to okay a bill.
SO much more fun than piling into our SUV!
Mommy isn't the only happy girl to get outside!
