That's Not Chocolate

Mark and I have been parents for three years, two months and twenty-five days.

We have been the parents of TWO for one year, one month and ten days.

Both of our girls were explosive poopers as infants,
often pooping straight up to their necks.

But never before have we had one of our children poop on the floor.

And I mean a big ol' splat on the floor.
It was like a cartoon!

I should probably post some sort of warning for people
before they view this photo:

Oh my!

We aren't entirely sure how it happened.
It was a combination of a giant poop, a full diaper and a high chair.
Mark took her out of her chair soon after we noted her foul smell.
He immediately told me that this would be a job for two
when saw and felt a wet spot on her pants.

I grabbed a cloth to clean Piper's chocolate covered face and hands
before turning to go and help him.
It was as I was helping Piper down from her chair
that I heard Mark's yelp of surprise.

The poop had somehow squeezed out if Elliotte's diaper
(probably while she was still sitting in her high chair)
and must have been clinging to her leg.
It let go while Mark was waiting for me and it fell out of her pant leg.
It actually bounced off of his foot before it hit the floor.

Boy oh boy, did we ever laugh.

Piper was just confused.

She kept asking me what we were laughing at
and what was on the floor.
Then she blamed it in Blue.

After I explained that it was Elliotte and not Blue,
Piper told me that Elliotte shouldn't poop in the house.
Hahahaha.
Can you imagine?
Sticking my thirteen month old outside to poop?
I guess we'd save on diapers!
:-)

Elliotte just laughed and giggled the whole time.
She probably felt like a million bucks after that monster poop!

Splat!
I think we're all laughing because we don't know what else to do.
Except for Elliotte, of course. She's laughing because she feels like a new person!
Piper pointing out the poop.
She's still confused over who did it at this point.
I'm sure no one is surprised that this is where she ended up!
